  • all purpose flour                                           2 cup
  • cocoa powder                                             1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
  • chocolate chips                                            1 cup
  • cooking chocolate(melted)                           1/4 cup

                              Method

  • in a large bowl, combine the sugar and butter together and mix until it is soft and fluffy and fully mixed.
  • in another bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder together till there is no trace of flour left.
  • add the melted chocolate to the butter and mix really well. add the flour to the butter mixture and mix. at some stage, you will probably have to do it with your hands. add the chocolate chips in between and kneed a nice dough.
  • wrap the dough in cling foil and freeze it up to an hour or so.
  • after taking it out, take out small portions from the dough, roll them into balls and flatten them with your palm. put these on the baking tray.
  • preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for 10- 12 minutes. let them cool don first and then put them in your mouth and devour their taste with your taste buds.
