Light And Fluffy Chocolate Cupcakes




                           Ingredients
  • Butter (softened )                                        1 cup
  • Sugar                                                          1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract                                             1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                                         6 tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour                                         2 cups
  • Baking Powder                                            1 tsp
  • Buttermilk                                                   1/2 cup
  • White Vinegar                                             1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder                                           1/2 cup
  • Water                                                         2 tbsp 

                                Method
  • in a bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. mix evenly till there isn't any trace of flour left. add the water in it and mix till you have a semi-paste kinda mixture.
  • in a large bowl, add the butter and sugar. beat till it is light and fluffy. add the vanilla to this creamy mixture and beat well. 
  • add 3 tablespoon of yogurt to the creamy mixture and eat for a minute. then add the other 3 tablespoon and beat for another minute. don't finish before the minute is over.            
  • add the buttermilk and vinegar to the flour mixture and mix evenly. then slowly add the butter mixture to it and mix very well and evenly till there aren't any lumps left. 
  • fill the cupcake paper 3/4 so that they can easily bake without overflowing. preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for 13-15 minutes. 
  • check with toothpick and then let them cool down. they are the fluffiest cupcakes i have ever baked, hope you get the same result too...
